2026 Conservation Lobby Day Schedule:

  • 8:00am — Welcome! Meet for coffee, tea, and breakfast snacks.
  • 8:15am — Introduction to Conservation Lobby Day
  • 8:30am — Learn more about priority bills directly from their sponsors
  • 9:00am — Lobbying training held by our Legislative Director, Sarah Woodbury
  • 9:30am — Walk over to the State House to start lobbying your legislators
  • 10:00am — House and Senate go into Session
  • 10:00am-12:00pm — Meetings with legislators, followed by gathering information back at the ENR Committee Room, Cross 216.
  • We look forward to seeing you on March 3rd!

FAQs

Will someone be able to help me find my legislator?

Yes! We will have volunteers who are steeped in State House knowledge, as well as packets pre-made with your legislators’ names, pictures, and districts.

Do I have to be part of the Environmental Priorities Coalition to attend?

While the EPC is the hosting organization for Lobby Day, no, you do not need to be a part of the coalition to attend!  

Is it free?

Yes, Conservation Lobby Day is free! There should be no barrier to participating in our democratic process.
