Summary of 2009 EPC Priorities
For the past five years, Maine's Environmental Priorities Coalition (EPC) has produced a Common Environmental Agenda at the beginning of each legislative session to help guide lawmakers. In 2009, the 124th Legislature passed six of the EPC's priority bills and did not allow any weakening of existing environmental standards.
